Loss of sense of reality, hallucinations, hearing voices

Other behaviours that seem out of control or irrational and that is likely to endanger yourself or others

Get help from:

If you've hurt yourself or are thinking about hurting yourself or another person, it is important that you seek help quickly.

In an emergency:

Dial 999 - you can ask to stay on the line while you wait for help to arrive.

Or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department (A&E).

If you can look after your injury yourself, make sure you keep it clean and use clean dressings
